The Maison Routin 1883 Violet Syrup is aromatic and delicious. Perfect in cocktails and sodas, also try it in espresso or hot chocolate for an astonishingly alternative drink.

Ideal in baking and flavouring frosting or cup cake ising (although it is not bright purple in icing due to the nature of the product). Remember the sweets called Violets – well this is as good as if not better in flavour.
