The fresh zest and citrusy sour, acidic juice of lemon is a mainstay in sunny, fruity drinks and adds zing to beverages of every kind. Use Monin Lemon syrup to make amazing lemonades (obviously), cocktails and sodas.

Ingredients:

Sugar, water, acid: citric acid, concentrated lemon juice, natural lemon-lime flavouring, emulsifiers: acacia gum, E445, colour: E161b, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Lemon juice: 10 %. (Contains sulphites).
